Job Description This role is in charge of the Leathergoods category to ensure commercial success and collection performance. Involve in the buying campaign and execution of the full scope of in-season merchandising activities across SEAO Manage merchandising assortment according to SOH level, delivery, allocation and market needs. How you will contribute :
- Work on seasonal collection buying campaign for the Leathergoods category.
- Prepare for seasonal collection launch.
- Generate daily/weekly sales and product analysis report, delivery, on-hand stock, and ad hoc reports per market.
- Conduct seasonal product training.
- Manage weekly stock rebalancing for SEAO region.
- Collaborate with Retail, CRM, Marketing and Communications, VM, Training teams to implement sales action and drive business
- Monitor stock flow and arrange weekly allocation from HQ Bulk and local warehouse.
- Manage stock sourcing and ICT arrangement for regional customer requests.
- Prepare for import/export documentation including CITES permit, PI, Markdown return.
- Work on merchandising assortment for local on/off events, promotion, and retail activities.
- Create price event (price change) and seasonal markdown in JDA system.
- Conduct competitor market research.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point (great Excel skill required).
- 8 to 10 years of merchandising experience, especially in buying within a luxury fashion environment.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work well with different stakeholders.
- Ability to understand current market trends in the South-East Asia and Oceania markets.
- Precision, strong time management and organizational skills.
